How we work

Four steps, the same for a single door reader and for every system in a new building. You always know what happens next and who is responsible for it.

  1. A call or a site visit

Tell us what is not working or what you are planning. We look at the site, the drawings or both.

For a single system this is often one conversation and a few photos. For a larger project we walk the building, open the equipment rooms and note what is already installed and what can be reused.

  2. Design and quote

A clear scope with equipment named, no surprises. One system or a full package.

The quote says what will be installed, where, and what is not included. When several systems are involved they are designed together, so that cabling, power and network capacity are counted once.

  3. Installation and commissioning

Work that is tested and documented, scheduled around your business hours.

Each system is tested before handover: cable links, camera views, door schedules, wireless coverage. You receive the documentation and the people who will use the system are shown how.

  4. Support

The same team answers afterwards. Adjustments, additions and service calls.

Buildings change: a tenant moves, a door is added, a camera needs a new angle. Because we hold the records of what was installed, changes are quick to plan and quote.

If you are not sure where to start

Start with a site audit. We look at what is installed, tell you what works and what does not, and give you a written report. You decide what to do with it.

If you know exactly what you need

Send us the scope, the drawings or simply a description. We reply with questions if we have any, then with a quote.

Tell us what you need. One system or all of them.
